棒線材軋機主要用來軋制鋼簾線、軸承鋼、合金彈簧鋼、合金結構鋼、合金冷鐓鋼、易切削鋼、焊條用鋼、鋼纖維鋼、碳素結構鋼、預應力鋼等中高檔次線材。棒線材軋機齒輪箱主要為粗、中、精軋機組提供動力傳動。

根據(jù)輸出軸布置方向具體可分為V型-立式軋機、H型-水平軋機、H/V型-平立可轉(zhuǎn)換軋機減速機
